Batteries
Have you ever experienced a strange malfunction with batteries? No problem! We will repair them immediately. It will definitely not cost you any money. It doesn’t apply on swollen battery.
Auto Touch Failures
If your gadget’s screen responds without pressing the button and you did not damage the phone, our warranty applies.
Problems with Motherboard (Board)
The warranty covers hardware problems associated with the motherboard, ensuring that the performance of your device meets expectations without any malfunctions.
What Our Warranty DOES NOT COVER
Although we try to assist you in any possible way, there are certain situations in which our warranty doesn’t apply:
Damage by Water
Any damage caused to your device due to water or other liquid is not under warranty.
Any Physical Damage
Which means, but not limited to:
- Broken/scratched screen
- Screen lines
- Cracked back glass
- Damaged/pixelated screen
- Any other obvious physical damage that resulted from falling or being pressed
Change of Mind
We don’t cover any warranty claim that comes about due to the buyer changing their mind after the purchase.
